Welcome to A to Z Driving School. By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

  • All lessons must be booked in advance.
  • Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website.
  • Payment must be made before or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

3. Lesson Packages

  • Block bookings must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
  • Any unused hours after 6 months may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

4. Driving Test

  • Use of the driving school car for your driving test is subject to instructor approval.
  • If the instructor believes you are not ready for the test, they may advise postponement for your safety.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must have a valid UK provisional driving licence and bring it to every lesson.
  • Students must inform the instructor of any changes to their health or ability to drive.
  • Students must attend lessons in a fit state to drive (not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving).

6. Instructor Rights

  • The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson if they believe the student is unfit to drive.
  • The instructor may refuse use of the car for the driving test if they feel the student is not fully prepared.

7. Liability

  • A to Z Driving School accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage during lessons unless caused by the negligence of the instructor.
  • While every effort is made to ensure lessons are conducted in a safe manner, students must follow the instructor’s advice and guidance at all times.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected only to manage your lessons and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

  • A to Z Driving School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
